Some other benefits include being high in fiber, chlorophyll, vitamins, and minerals. It is recommended that we eat at least five servings, if not more, of fruits and vegetables each day. If you add a green smoothie daily, it makes it easier to obtain this goal.
I developed five green smoothies that you will absolutely love! These aren’t supposed to taste harsh or unappetizing. Instead, they’re supposed to make you feel renewed and clean. I hope you enjoy drinking all of these wonderful blends throughout your week to nourish your body and enhance your overall lifestyle.
The Green Ginger
Ingredients:
- A couple leaves fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 apple
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 handful ice
Instructions:
Simply place all the ingredients in high speed blender.
Blend until smooth.

The Minty Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- Couple leaves fresh mint
- 1 scoop wheatgrass powder
- 1 teaspoon cacao powder
- 1–2 dates, pitted
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapples
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 orange
- 1/2–1 scoop matcha powder
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- Pinch stevia sweetener
- 1 cup coconut water

- 1–2 handfuls organic spinach
- 1 Teaspoon hemp powder
