INGREDIENTS:

  • ½  cup Quinoa (rinsed well)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Almond Butter
  • 2 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Cacao Nibs
  • ½  tsp Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Sea Salt

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine quinoa and water in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stir once, and cover.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer until all water is absorbed (approx. 10-15 minutes). Allow quinoa to cool.
  3. In a bowl add quinoa and remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Make 1″ balls.  Place in fridge until they get firm.
  5. Recipe makes about 20 balls. Serve and enjoy!
