How do I return a product to Raw Elements?

You may return any unopened product within 30 days of receipt, from date of purchase.

Returned product must first be preauthorized by Raw Elements. Kindly call us at 1-866-848-2565 or email [email protected], and provide your:

• Original invoice number
• The name of the product you want to return
• The reason for the return
• Your name and phone number
• The lot number and expiry date (printed on the product)

Once we receive this information, we will provide you with our return address and further instructions.

Please note that all returned products must have a legitimate Return Authorization Number, as generated and provided by Raw Elements. We will not accept returned products that do not have this.
