How do I cancel an order?

If you have placed an order and wish cancel it, please call 1-866-848-2565 (local 519-856-2729) as soon as possible to request a cancelation.

If you want to cancel your order but we have already shipped it, you can refuse the package and it will be sent back to Raw Elements. If you accept the package, please contact customer service and request a return authorization to return the package for a refund.
