Yes. You can earn coupon codes by participating in our Refer-a-Friend Program and by signing up to receive our electronic newsletter. Our Ambassadors also have coupon codes that you may apply to your orders, so be sure to connect with them online!

To redeem a coupon code, simply input it during the checkout process. Note that you may only apply one coupon code per order.
If you forget to enter your discount code during checkout, please email us. We are happy to apply your code retroactively.

Raw Elements instantly emails you an order confirmation upon checkout. This email confirmation summarizes the details of your order and indicates that your order is in the queue to be processed.

If you do not receive email confirmation from us upon placing your order, please check your email’s Spam Folder and/or Junk Mail Folder. If you do not see an email from us in either folder, please call or email us so that we may review and verify the status of your order.

No. Unfortunately, you cannot amend your order online once it has entered our processing queue.

If you would like to add an item to your order after you have completed checkout, please call or email us as soon as possible so that our customer service team can make the necessary changes before your order is processed for shipping.

If you visit a product page and find the item is sold out, please fill in the Out of Stock notification form on the product page. When the product is restocked, we will instantly notify you that it is back in stock and available to purchase.

Review your order history by logging into your Raw Elements account and visiting the My Account Page. Click “Orders” from the menu of options to see your Raw Elements order history.
