The Yummy Mummy - Raw Elements

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 scoop Sunwarrior Classic Rice Protein Chocolate
  • ½ Banana (frozen)
  • Handful Frozen blueberries
  • ½ Cup Water
  • ½ Cup Almond or Coconut Milk (ideally home made)
  • 1 Cup Kale (or Spinach if breastfeeding)
  • 1 tsp Cacao
  • 1 tsp Bee Pollen (for energy, immune and digestion)
  • Splash Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Lucama (for creaminess)
  • 1 tsp Mesquite (to boost immune system)
  • 1-2 Tbsp Chia Seeds (soaked for 5 minute or over night in enough boiled water to cover the seeds – for good digestion and extra protein)
  • Omega Oil (stir in at the end)
