INGREDIENTS:
- 1 scoop Sunwarrior Classic Rice Protein Chocolate
- ½ Banana (frozen)
- Handful Frozen blueberries
- ½ Cup Water
- ½ Cup Almond or Coconut Milk (ideally home made)
- 1 Cup Kale (or Spinach if breastfeeding)
- 1 tsp Cacao
- 1 tsp Bee Pollen (for energy, immune and digestion)
- Splash Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Lucama (for creaminess)
- 1 tsp Mesquite (to boost immune system)
- 1-2 Tbsp Chia Seeds (soaked for 5 minute or over night in enough boiled water to cover the seeds – for good digestion and extra protein)
- Omega Oil (stir in at the end)
