INGREDIENTS:
- 1 sachet Four Sigmatic Instant Chaga
- 1-2 cup hot water
- 1-2 tbsp Cacao
- 2-4 brazil nuts
- 1-2 tsp maca
- 1-2 tsp Dandy Blend
- 1-2 tsp mesquite powder
- 1 tbsp honey or coconut nectar
PREPARATION:
Mix all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Regular bought hot chocolates are often filled with refined sugar. When you make your own, you know exactly what is going into it and can limit the amount of processed ingredients. Try this drink as a warming beverage during the cold months or even for an energy boosting snack!
