Giddy-Yo – Organic Cacao Nibs
Giddy-Yo’s Cacao is very special! Giddy-Yo sources only the true Criollo species cultivated in the fertile region of Cusco, Peru. Our raw nibs are certified organic, fairly traded, common allergen-free, non GMO, naturally vegan and delicious!
The cacao beans are hand-selected, fermented and dried to perfection. The beans are then crushed and the skins removed (aka winnowed) by a specialized machine using powerful fans. Our nibs are lab tested, raw, clean and pure, and never treated with toxic chemicals. Giddy Yo Cacao Nibs are low temperature processed from start to finish to maximize quality while maintaining nutritional integrity.
