Kasia is an active advocate of Health and Wellness, RMT, business(s) owner and family focused individual with a passion in helping others reach “true success”. As an entrepreneur of two businesses; The Clinic Health and Wellness, and True Mentality Inc, her passion is in helping others reach success through fitness, health, wellness, and MINDSET. Kasia specializes in teaching individuals the tools necessary to create a life of well-being, purpose, and health by using her own experiences and struggle, as well as her energetic, passionate and driven personality to create positive changes in the lives of those that meet her.

- 1 Cup Almonds (Ground)
- 1 Cup Almond Butter
- (Raw-not roasted)
- 1 Scoop Chocolate SunWarrior Protein
- 1 tsp Cocoa Powder
- 3 Tbsp Water
- (or until it forms cookie appearance)
- Coconut Flakes (unsweetened)
Craving Chocolate or something Sweet?
- Add- Rawtella, Coconut Cream, and/ or Goji Berries for extra delight!!!
- Flatten on parchment paper. Sprinkle RAW Coconut on top. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Take out after 10 minutes to cut into squares or roll into balls. Refrigerate
