As an entrepreneur of two businesses; The Clinic Health and Wellness, and True Mentality Inc, her passion is in helping others reach success through fitness, health, wellness, and MINDSET. Kasia specializes in teaching individuals the tools necessary to create a life of well-being, purpose, and health by using her own experiences and struggle, as well as her energetic, passionate and driven personality to create positive changes in the lives of those that meet her.

Why should I buy Raw Nuts, they are more expensive?

Chemicals released during the roasting process, and oils used can alter the quality of the nuts, creating harmful oils & carcinogenic agents. FITTIEBLISS BERRY BOMBS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 50g (2 Scoops) of Sun Warrior Warrior Blend Berry Protein Powder
  • 10g chia seeds (ground)
  • 150ml water
  • 150g rolled organic oats
  • 50g of finely shredded organic coconut
  • 50g of frozen wild blueberries
  • 30ml of maple syrup
  • 15ml of organic coconut oil

Directions

PREPARATION:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the protein powder and chia seeds with the water and set in the fridge for 5-10 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients but reserve about 10g of shredded coconut.
  3. With a fork, combine the 2 mixtures and then divide into 10 portions (about 40g each).
  4. With your hands, roll into smooth balls.
  5. Finish each one by rolling each ball in the reserved shredded coconut.
