1 cup nut milk of choice
½ banana frozen
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp LAKANTO maple syrup
1 scoop Sun Warrior Classic Vanilla
½ cup ice
Chopped walnuts for garnish

1 can coconut milk
½ cup chia seeds
2 tbsp LAKANTO Maple Syrup
Pinch of cinnamon
Add all ingredients in a bowl, stir well and portion into serving dishes.
Allow to set. Top with flaked or slivered almonds.
Apple Berry Pancakes
High Protein, High Fiber, Gluten Free
1 can 16oz can of chickpeas
½- cup nut milk of choice
1 scoop Sun Warrior Berry Warrior Blend
6 tbsp apple sauce
2 tbsp flax or chia meal
Pinch of salt
Prepare Flax ‘egg’ – whisk 2 tbsp flax or chia meal with 6 tbsp water. Allow to sit and thicken.
Next, rinse and drain chickpeas and process in a food processor with apple sauce until nearly smooth.
Transfer contents to a bowl, add all other ingredients until a batter is formed – use less or more nut milk until you reach desired consistency.
Heat griddle. Pour 1/4c mix onto hot griddle and flip when bubble appear.
